This cosy holiday home for four offers a combination of modern comfort and homely charm. Downstairs are two bathrooms, one of which connects to the new bedroom with access to the garden. The upper floor has a cosy, slightly older bedroom and its own toilet. Dogs are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy a relaxing stay. The personal décor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Tuitjenhorn is a charming village in North Holland, where peace and cosiness come together. For families and seniors, it offers a fine mix of relaxation and activities. A highlight for families is the Holle Bolle Boom, a versatile play paradise with an indoor playground, water playground and an outdoor area full of adventure - ideal for children to let off steam.

In addition, nearby is Van Blanckendaell Park zoo, a popular destination with special animals and a nostalgic museum. In the village itself, you will find a friendly atmosphere with cosy eateries and beautiful walking routes.

The surroundings invite you to explore the green polder landscape and atmospheric coastal towns such as Schoorl and Bergen. Here you can follow beautiful cycling and walking routes through dunes, forests and along vast beaches. The nearby town of Alkmaar offers a historic centre with canals, shops and the famous cheese market. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
