Combined accommodation for 8–14 people in an 8-person villa and a 6-person dune lodge

Planning a few days in Schoorl with your family or a larger group of friends? Book an 8-person villa in combination with the adjacent 6-person Dune Lodge for plenty of sleeping accommodations.

8-person Villa
The 8-person Villa (approximately 100 m²) features a cozy living room and is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows at the back. Here you’ll find a spacious sitting area with a cozy fireplace, a Smart TV, and a large dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, and a Nespresso machine. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with rain showers, one of which is on the ground floor. Outside, you’ll find a lovely terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, including a dining table with chairs, a parasol, four lounge chairs, and two armchairs.

6-person Duinlodge
The 6-person Duinlodge features a warmly decorated living room with a comfortable sitting area, Smart TV, and a nice dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. The Dune Lodge has 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. You’ll also find a bathroom here with a rain shower and toilet (no sink). The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share a bathroom equipped with a rain shower, sink, and toilet. One bedroom features a double box-spring bed, while the second bedroom has two separate single box-spring beds.

Please note: the living area of the 8-person villa is basically furnished for 8 people. For your convenience, we’re happy to add extra chairs so you can all sit together in the living room or in the garden.

This group accommodation is completely gas-free and is heated in a CO2-neutral way (underfloor heating) using a central wood pellet stove located in the park.

Both the 8-person Villa and the 6-person Dune Lodge have their own parking spaces.
