The living room is warm and tastefully decorated, and wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows at the back. Here you’ll find a spacious sitting area with a cozy fireplace, a Smart TV, and a large dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator, and a Nespresso machine.

The villa features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which—located on the ground floor—has a rain shower and sink. The toilet is separate.

On the upper floor, there are four spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is luxuriously appointed and features a wonderful rain shower, sink, and toilet.

At the rear of the villa, you’ll find a lovely garden and terrace in a sunny spot. The garden is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine together.

The entire villa is equipped with underfloor heating powered by a pellet heating system (CO2-neutral). 

The villa has a private parking space for 2 cars. Pets are not allowed.
