Welcome to your idyllic water villa at Resort IJsselmeer in Medemblik. This charming private home on holiday park offers a peaceful waterside setting for up to six guests, where every stay connects you directly with the beauty of the surrounding waterways. With a private jetty just outside and a pleasant garden front overlooking the water, mornings begin with coffee on the terrace and evenings end with tranquil views across the marina. The location is also perfect for beach outings, with a near by sandy beach where you can enjoy relaxing walks, swimming, or simply soaking in the coastal atmosphere.

Comfortable Living by the Marina

Inside, the bright living area provides a welcoming place to relax after a day outdoors. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with practical amenities including an oven and dishwasher, making meals at home simple and convenient. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms with twin beds offer restful sleeping space, along with a modern bathroom. Some homes may also include a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom for added convenience (availability upon request). The layout and surroundings make the property especially kids friendly, offering plenty of space for families to relax and enjoy their stay.

Just minutes away, historic Medemblik invites you to explore its charming streets, harbour views, and welcoming restaurants. Enjoy fresh seafood at Restaurant Meijer’s or a relaxed Dutch meal overlooking the water. After dinner, take a leisurely harbour walk or head back toward the near by sandy beach for a peaceful sunset stroll.

EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.
