This beautiful 4-person vacation chalet is on 340 m2 land, has a blissful sunny, mostly paved garden with 2 terraces and is located on the water with a fish / boat jetty across the width. Parking for 2 cars at the cottage and there is also a shed for e.g. your bicycles.
Berkhout borders only a few kilometers from the IJsselmeer and is located against Hoorn. In the corner of Enkhuizen-Medemblik-Hoorn with all their water recreational opportunities.
There is a stone bbq / fireplace, there is a boat with electric motor, large oak garden tables, umbrellas , extra many chairs, lounger, hammock, everything complete. The Chalet is fully furnished, you only need to bring your towels and toiletries!
There is no smoking in the chalet and pets are not wanted.
A Holiday week in high season (from 3-7-2020 to 28-8-2020) runs from Friday to Friday and goes only per week or multiples thereof.
The pre-and post-season, so v.a. now to 30-6-2020 and during school vacations outside the high season costs:
per week 472.50 incl. GWE
or by yourself flexible time to plan for 67.50 incl. GWE per night

The high season (runs from Friday 3-7-2020 tm Friday 28-8-2020) costs:
