This beautiful villa is uniquely located between Breda and Antwerp and at walking distance from the Galderse Lakes, where you can swim in natural water. The location is completely free and both the house and the garden overlook the Breedbroeken nature reserve. The waves on the water, the swaying of the trees and sometimes a grazing horse, this is where you will find peace and quiet. The modern villa has all the comforts you would expect from a place like this. With your own hot tub as a bonus
Hikers, cyclists and mountaibikers can enjoy this region. The house is located on an official hiking route. The immediate vicinity is very wooded and has many nature reserves such as: the Mastbos, the vloeiweide, the crab forests and the Pannenhoef.
Breda city centre is less than 10 km away, the place to experience the Burgundian hospitality Brabant is known for. A particularly fun way to explore the city is by taking a canal cruise.
Chocolate lovers should definitely visit the chocolate museum in Antwerp. Besides chocolate, this historic city offers a beautiful city centre. You can get there within half an hour by car. The Efteling can also be reached within half an hour by car. In short, a fantastic house with enough in the area for a great holiday

For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
