The plot alternates a large lawn with forest. Due to the shady area it is always pleasant in high summer. With a little luck, you can see the squirrels on the feeding platform from the living room.
The nature house was renovated in 2020 and completely energy-neutral. The house is gasless, and the electricity is generated with solar panels and 100% green electricity. The cottage gives a spacious feel with its high ceilings. The many windows give a good view of the green surroundings.
The bedroom has an electric box spring with remote control.
