Holiday property - Villa Wellness Retreat

We rent out our lovingly furnished holiday home with wellness facilities, such as a private sauna, jacuzzi and rain shower. The forest house is located on a villa park in a beautiful green recreation area and on the edge of the Pagnevaart forest in West Brabant. Next to the park is the largest water playground in Europe: Splesj. Within half an hour from the park there are no fewer than 16 swimming pools and 4 natural swimming areas! And there are many more fun activities in the area! Within 40 minutes you are already in beautiful Zeeland.
We will prepare an information folder for you with fun outings. This is a place where you will not be bored for a second or do nothing at all and can relax :)

Villa Wellness Retreat is completely styled in Ibiza atmosphere! You can enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi, rain shower with massage shower and the lovely large garden with seating, the starry sky and the setting sun.
All facilities are only available to you!

The holiday home has a small but cozy living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom and sauna on the ground floor. On the first floor 2 extra bedrooms and another separate toilet.
We have 4 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), but of course you can push two beds together if you want to lie together. And on the ground floor another double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
You can sleep there with a maximum of 6 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a table model refrigerator with freezer, an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and a kettle. Of course, all crockery, cutlery and pans are available.

The kitchen is open to the cozy living room with a smart TV where you can use your own streaming service (Netflix etc.).

The bathroom has a lovely rain shower and a separate hand shower with massage settings. We have a double sink with beautiful marble look wash basins. In this bathroom you will be completely relaxed :)

The indoor Finnish sauna is located next to the bathroom. It is a small infusion sauna where you can relax with a maximum of 3 people at the same time. If you are with more people, you can alternate with the lovely Spa (jacuzzi) in the large backyard. You can use the Spa with a maximum of 4 people.

Through the sliding door in the living room you go to the spacious green garden. At the sliding door there is a small canopy with a lounge set and a separate picnic table. We provide a barbecue that can be used on the lawn, but not under the canopy or against the house due to fire hazard. We provide barbecue tools, but we ask you to bring your own briquettes.
The garden is not completely fenced.

There is free parking for 2 cars at the house.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Villa Wellness Retreat is located in the town of Hoeven in West Brabant. The holiday home is a place where you don't have to do anything and can relax.

The villa is located on a villa park without facilities. But if you want to go out, there is a lot to do in the vicinity!
