In the outskirts of Breda, on the edge of the church village of Effen, lies the farmhouse of Ria and Frans. In the detached cart shed in their yard they have a cozy vacation home suitable for six people. The house has a floor area of approximately 120 m2 and has on the first floor an entrance hall, spacious kitchen, bathroom, toilet and double bedroom. In addition, the loft is furnished as an additional bedroom with four single beds. Bed linen-towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Upon departure, the dishwasher must be empty and the oven clean. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside.
