The fruit shed is a gas-free accommodation. A heat pump boiler provides hot water, enough to shower for over 10 minutes. It takes about 2 hours before you can do this again. The rooms can be heated by electric heating. Solar panels on the roof provide the fruit shed with electricity.
There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room.
The bedroom has a double box spring 160cm wide.
The accommodation is located on the second floor.
Downstairs there is a spacious storage room where you can safely place your bicycle.
On private property there is ample parking.
The fruit shed is traditionally an outbuilding where the fruit harvest was stored. Prior to the renovation of our adjacent farmhouse, we made the upstairs habitable.
We lived here ourselves for over two years.
