Beautifully located two-person private vacation home in the cozy Brabant village of Geffen. You will lack nothing in this nice vacation home. Stores such as a supermarket, bakery and butcher are within walking distance. In the vicinity of Geffen are very good bike paths that lead you to the most special places. Museum Jan Cunen is an art museum located in a monumental manufacturers villa in the center of Oss. Den Bosch is well worth a visit with its cultural history, cozy shopping streets and cozy restaurants.

The 2019 newly built detached stylish studio (48 m2) can accommodate two people. The studio is located near the owner's home in the backyard. Large and modern living room with several seating areas with TV and lots of light through the triple double garden doors and five-meter high glass front. Open kitchen with cooking facilities, Nespresso, microwave oven and refrigerator. In the corner is a sleeping area with double box spring and this is directly adjacent to the bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Underfloor heating with its own boiler, stable internet (fixed connection/WiFi) , TV and lots of privacy make your stay comfortable.

At the front is outside a private terrace with garden furniture and on the side you have access to a sunny garden with lawn.
