Luxury vacation home with sauna near the forest
We’re so glad you found our listing! Starting now (April 2026), we’ll be renting out this brand-new wellness bungalow with a sauna in Baarle-Nassau. We bought the bungalow as a dilapidated building and completely renovated and expanded it. It has become a wonderful place with every luxury and comfort.
Our bungalow sits on a 500 m² lot at the end of a dead-end street, where few to no people pass by. In front of the house is a lovely lawn, perfect for a game of soccer or badminton, with a view of the open fields.
But if you’re looking for some socializing, you can walk right into the park. There’s a wonderful restaurant, ‘t Kievitsei, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. The restaurant’s terrace borders the heated outdoor pool (paddling pool and 1.40m pool), which was renovated in 2025. The park also features a tennis court, soccer and basketball fields, and a small playground. Bicycles can be rented at the reception desk.

Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and seating areas, large smart TV (you can log in with your own streaming services), Sonos surround sound system, fireplace, and French doors leading to the spacious south-facing terrace. We’ve also created a shaded terrace at the back of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped and truly the heart of the home. It features a combination oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, large refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space with more than enough tableware. The kitchen also houses a large dining table that easily seats 8 people.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating throughout the house or, of course, via the fireplace. On a hot day, there is air conditioning in the living room. This ensures the climate is always perfect.
And do you really want to relax completely? Then step into your own private sauna. After a day outdoors, there’s nothing better than unwinding completely here. It’s located in the luxurious bathroom with a rain shower.
The sleeping arrangements are spread across 3 bedrooms. Two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds (one bedroom with an extra TV), and one bedroom with a sturdy loft bed and an extra box-spring bed. A cot can easily be added here.
Day trips
Baarle-Nassau / Baarle-Hertog, Efteling (30 min), Beekse Bergen (30 min), Tilburg, Breda; the bungalow is located on the border with Belgium, so you can explore across the border (it’s great to try the supermarket in Belgium), rent bikes, and there are hiking trails in the forest starting right from the park.
