The house has a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with an atmospheric fireplace and large seating area. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, enough space for 8 to 10 people.

This villa is close to the Reusel river, in the middle of a nature reserve, yet not far from major cities such as Breda, Eindhoven and Den Bosch.
The surrounding villages such as Oisterwijk and Hilvarenbeek are easy to cycle to, but also visit the Efteling and Safaripark Beekse Bergen for a day with the family
For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, there are the Loonse and Drunendse dunes and several golf courses

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
