Beautiful, historic and attractive nature cottage on a country estate in Loon op Zand. The estate is for rent as a wedding and party location. It is therefore possible for an event to take place during your stay, see floor plan with the photos. During the extensive restoration in 2015, the house was renovated into a very luxurious and attractive vacation home. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, incl dishwasher, combi-oven, Nespresso machine, kettle etc., toilet and living room. On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom with one double bed with adjacent bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet and there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On the landing is a sofa bed (child max. 12 years). The Neerhuis is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. Wifi is available. Every Sunday the day café in the courtyard is open. The landlords look forward to welcoming you as a guest.
