This village house was built in 1868. It originally served as a toll house on the road between Weert and Eindhoven. The most recent residents have transformed the surrounding grounds into a park-like garden including over 200 Dutch magnolia species and beautiful art objects made of ceramics.
The house itself, despite its age, is equipped with all modern conveniences. The renovation was carried out with great attention to the character of the house and its many old details.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living-dining room, a "upstairs room" with TV and a utility room with a shower, sink and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom (2p) on the first floor.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms (2p), a bathroom with bath, shower and double sink and a separate toilet.
