Among thicket hedges in the orchard of a theater farm stand two kotas. Wooden cottages made of Finnish pine containing a large bed. The bed is made and there is a table and chair. Outside, among the fruit trees, there are easy chairs, picnic tables and benches. Children can have a great time on the playground equipment scattered here and there. For colder days there is a heater. For cooking you use the common kitchen with all amenities. The outbuilding with the bathroom and kitchen is 25 meters away.
