Just outside the center of the Brabant village of Chaam lies this former farmhouse. This nature cottage has been carefully designed and furnished, using as many sustainable materials as possible. Wood and concrete are the basis, the interior is a mix of old and new where comfort is paramount. The house is 65m2 and consists of an open kitchen/living area. There is a large bedroom on the first floor with a walkthrough to the bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sinks. From the kitchen and bedroom you have direct access to the private garden through French doors. Through a miller's staircase in the living room you reach an extra bedroom, cozy under the sloping roof. This bedroom is not suitable for very young children, we can provide a cot on request. Parking is provided directly at the house, own bikes can be parked safely. At the end of 2024, a nature garden (1 hectare) has been created with a greenhouse that is also accessible to guests.
