You can choose from different versions of this type of home; De Luxe and Extra Luxe Wellness. In addition, you can combine these types of homes with a thematic child-friendly home or dog-friendly recreation home. The spacious open kitchen and living room with sliding doors to the outside, in addition to comfort, offer a beautiful view of nature. The Luxe home has a lockable wooden shed, where electric bicycles can be safely stored and charged. The spacious bathroom in the Luxe version is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and an indoor sauna. The house is made of durable materials and equipped with technical installations in accordance with the latest energy requirements. The Extra Luxe Wellness version also features an outdoor sauna in the garden, with a canopy, lounge set, barbecue and outdoor shower. In the Extra Luxury Wellness house, this storage is integrated into the canopy. Also, all homes at Grotelsche Heide have their own electric charging stations, heat pumps and solar panels.
