The 8-person recreation home is designed as an ideal and durable home for a large family or group of friends. You can choose from different versions of this type of home; De Luxe, Extra Luxe Wellness, a thematic child-friendly home or dog-friendly recreation home. The spacious open kitchen and spacious living room with sliding doors offer extra comfort and beautiful views of nature. Terraces are laid out on both sides of the home. The indoor-outdoor experience on the first floor is further accentuated in the dining area, where large windows with integrated sliding doors give you the feeling of being in the middle of nature. The large dining table there is the centerpiece of conviviality. In the evening, that will often be the spacious sitting area on the other side of the L-shaped room. A spacious bedroom and bathroom with toilet are located on the first floor. The generous bathroom upstairs is in the Luxe version with a shower, a bathtub and an indoor sauna. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. They are bathed in light during the day because of the large dormers and offer a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery. The bedrooms have space-saving sliding doors. There is a second toilet on the floor in a separate toilet room. The Luxe home has a lockable wooden shed, where electric bicycles can be safely stored and charged. The Extra Luxe Wellness version also features an outdoor sauna in the garden, with a canopy, lounge set, barbecue and outdoor shower. In the Extra Luxury Wellness house, the storage room is integrated into the canopy. Also, all homes at Grotelsche Heide have their own electric charging stations, heat pumps and solar panels.
