Holiday property - Huisje in Vaals

At the edge of the woods, along the Dutch Mountain trail, is this monumental midtown house from the late 1600s. Largely renovated in 2023. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace, a modern kitchen with quooker, nespresso and a lovely wood stove. An antique staircase leads to the landing on the 1st floor, and so you get to the bathroom with WC and bathtub and the master bedroom. On the 2nd floor is another bedroom with two separate box springs that can be coupled. All beds have new bedding and new mattresses.
At the back of the house is a covered -non smoking- terrace with access to the enclosed garden. At the back of the deep garden there is a beautiful view over the fields.
The national monument (130m2) is insulated but living sounds remain audible. Children play freely here on the cul-de-sac and in the adjacent gardens. Your friendly and clean dog is welcome.
