From the property, you can easily walk into nature or explore the rolling Limburg hills by bike. Thanks to its central location, there are countless opportunities for enjoyable outings in the region: visit the lively Vrijthof in Maastricht, enjoy wellness at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg, explore the Drielandenpunt in Vaals, or sample specialty beers in Schinnen and Gulpen. Even Belgium and Germany are just a 10-minute drive away.

The villa is located in the charming village of Schinnen, rich in history and surrounded by nature. Despite its mining past, the village still exudes an authentic charm. The area features picturesque hamlets and hidden gems. Here, you can experience real Limburg: atmospheric hamlets, discover the Mulderplas nature reserve, visit vineyards, or check out the renowned Alfa Brewery in Thull. A walk to the Mariakapel on the Krekelberg rewards you with a stunning view. The rural surroundings, with old farms, narrow roads, and expansive fields, still evoke the mysterious atmosphere of the notorious Bokkenrijders.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
