From the house, you can walk straight into nature, or explore the rolling Limburg hills by bike. Thanks to its central location, there are numerous possibilities for fun excursions in the region: visit the lively Vrijthof square in Maastricht, enjoy wellness at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg, explore the Drielandenpunt in Vaals or taste special beers in Schinnen and Gulpen. Even Belgium and Germany are just a 10-minute drive away.
The villa is located near the attractive church village of Schinnen, rich in history and surrounded by nature. Despite its mining past, the village still exudes authentic charm. Picturesque hamlets and hidden gems lie nearby. The area awaits the real Limburg: charming hamlets, discover the Mulderplas nature reserve, vineyards or visit the well-known Alfa Brewery in Thull. A walk to the Lady Chapel on the Krekelberg will reward you with beautiful views. The rural surroundings, with old farms, narrow roads and vast farmlands, still evoke the mysterious atmosphere of the notorious Bokkenrijders.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
