Ground floor: Kitchen with hob(2 ring stoves, electric), electric kettle, hood, coffee machine(nespresso cups), combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer , Living/diningroom with TV, table football , bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet , 1x high chair
On the 1st floor: bedroom with double bed(180 x 200 cm) , 1x children's bed (excluding bedding)
On the 2nd floor: bedroom with 2x single bed
terrace, garden(private, partially fenced), garden furniture, 2x parking, parasol
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
