The Hillside Royal 4 is a comfortable, 58 m² semi-detached cottage that can accommodate up to four people. This single-story home is situated in a quiet spot in the park and features a practical layout with two bedrooms, each equipped with two extra-long box-spring beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The bedrooms offer plenty of comfort, complete with bedding and towels, and the beds are already made and waiting for you.
The bright living room combines a sitting area, dining area, and smart TV, and thanks to the underfloor heating, it stays cozy inside even on cooler days. The well-equipped kitchen includes a combination microwave, dishwasher, four-burner electric stovetop, and a coffee machine for Nespresso capsules. In addition to the two bathrooms, there are also two separate toilets.
Outside, you can enjoy a patio with comfortable patio furniture. Parking is available in the central parking lot. The cottage is smoke-free, and dogs are welcome in some accommodations.
