This lovely holiday home is located in Stevensweert, a village in Limburg near the border with Belgium. The house is located in a watery area and from the house you also have direct views of a beautiful pond. The house is comfortably and cosily furnished and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. On the terrace and in the garden you can have a nice meal together or relax with a book while enjoying the beautiful view of the water.
The picturesque village of Stevensweert is definitely worth exploring. The village has a rich history and a charming historic centre with old buildings, cobbled streets, and a beautiful church. The village is located in a very water-rich area, with the Maas river and the Maasplassen lakes, with plenty of opportunities for beautiful walks, cycling trips and water sports such as fishing, sailing and water skiing. It is also an ideal environment to rent a boat and spend a day on the Maasplassen.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
This accommodation is rented only to family groups
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
