This 6-bed family holiday villa is specially designed for people with muscular diseases, MS, ALS, Parkinson's and other physical disabilities (including any family members/accompanying persons). The villa houses various technical facilities so that guests with more severe disabilities can also have a wonderful holiday there. The house has a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of work space.On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and toilet
The ground floor of the house is specially adapted for holidaymakers with reduced mobility. In the downstairs bedroom with 2 high-low hospital beds and adjoining bathroom, there is a modern lift with a rail system on the ceiling so that guests can always be moved from bed to bathroom. The bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible bathtub, shower, washbasin, laundry bed and disabled toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for wheelchair use to prepare delicious meals. An assistance dog is also welcome!
The Lionshuis Panningen is 5 minutes away from the shopping centre, where there is always something to do. You can do all the shopping you need at the supermarket within walking distance. Enjoy the delicacies of the restaurants in the area and visit nearby places such as Helenaveen and Griendtsveen (in the Peel), the German city of Mönchengladbach, 47 km away from the accommodation

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted
This accommodation is rented only to family groups
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
