This beautiful and rural double studio with covered terrace, is located on the edge of the Nostalgic, Limburg Church village of Buggenum. Buggenum is located about five kilometers north of Roermond. The studio has been realized in a former farmhouse. In the farmhouse there are two studios and the owner's house. From your studio you walk within ten minutes to the Maas, cup of coffee or tea at the Veerhuis and above all enjoy. For fishing enthusiasts this is also a fantastic base. The watery area has many beautiful "visstekkies". From Buggenum it is worthwhile to go shopping in Roermond (Outlet) or Venlo (Maasboulevard), but a day trip to South Limburg with its Maastricht and Valkenburg are also great to do from this location. Surprising area!

Cozy furnished living- bedroom with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The open kitchen includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. In the living room there is a comfortable double bed. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. Outside a lovely garden, and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking is available at the studio.
