Holiday property - Vakantiehuis in Haren

A lovely nature cottage right on the Paterswoldsemeer (three kilometers below city of Groningen) with sunny garden with privacy and views over the lake and private sitting / jetty.
There is modern and comfortable furniture. Heating by CV, a spacious kitchen with appliances. Crockery and cooking utensils available. Two bedrooms for four to five beds (four beds and if desired an extra mattress). Both downstairs and upstairs a toilet. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and washing machine. The 2 Canoes and 3 bicycles are free to use.
The comfortable 4-person motorboat is there (for the entire period) to rent for € 50, - per day.
Lots of privacy around the house, but my 2 (child-friendly) cats are nearby and like to come by for a stroke. Please feed them twice a day (is present of course).
Deposit is €250,-.
