This charming, thatched nature cottage is located in an incredible spot on the Paterswoldse Meer, in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve. The view from the house and garden is phenomenal, Do you like to experience nature from a comfortable base? Are you looking for a starting and ending point for boat trips? Want to skate in the winter? From this point you can do so in a very idyllic way. The layout of the house is bright and practical. Downstairs you will find the living room with open kitchen with Nespresso machine and air conditioning. The French doors with roller screens on both sides are always open when the weather is nice. Next to the hallway is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub with shower. Next to the front door is the room for the meter cupboard, gas boiler and washing machine. The garden of this house is a nice prelude to what is to come; beautifully maintained, with lots of grass, shrubs and flower beds. Remarks: No smoking. No parties or events.
