Unique house near Riding School and whirlpool

Unique place, with a large equestrian centre, horses and yet completely private by the water with hot tub. Inside, it looks neat with two bedrooms and large bathroom. Outside is a large 6-person hot tub that you can use all year round. The garden is beautifully green with trees and by the water, shielded by a fence. The kitchen has everything from coffee machines to blenders a combi-oven and fridge where you have all space you need for cooking. The doors to the terrace can be completely opened
The house is attached to the stables and the owners' home. It has its own entrance and terrace, which gives it a lot of privacy. The terrace also has a hot tub and bathrobes. One of the bedrooms in the house has 2 bunk beds and there is a washing machine.
Just 500 m away you will find a swimming lake, where you can spend the day relaxing in the sun. The area is perfect for hiking and you can rent horses to explore it in an alternative way. Further away you will find a playground, where the children can play carefree.
It is possible to bring your own horse or horses for a fee.
Please do notify the owner in advance. There are 2 stray dogs and a dachshund owned by the owner himself.
