You will find our nice ecological retreat house in beautiful Westerwolde. Located on private property, this cottage offers peace and privacy. From our cottage you can take magnificent walking and cycling tours, visit old fortified towns and visit artists' studios and much more. Do you want to complete a play, book or report in peace and with concentration? Or do you want to take a week off to catch your breath and find out what needs to be found? In our garden you can sunbathe, meditate, write and relax. At the house we have a meditation/yoga room that you can use. There is a swimming pool nearby, but in the nearby area you can also swim in natural water. The Thermen Bad Nieuweschans is within cycling distance. You can take that bicycle with you or rent it from us. The house is in principle suitable for two people and can be rented between April 1 and November 1. (Note: we do not serve breakfast, lunch and/or dinner)

I loved staying here and having time for myself, but not completely on my own. The walks with you were great. It was a pleasant surprise that you were not only a coach, but have a background in philosophy as well. You kept me on track.

The nights are dark here, and you can smell the trees and the grass. In the morning you hear the birds. And all that near Winschoten where i work occasionally.

Wij waren hier om ons nieuwe stapwagentje uit te proberen. Wij worden te oud voor de rugzak. Wij kregen fijne tips voor wandelingen en hebben zalig gestapt. En jelui zijn zeer plezant

Dank voor de hartelijke ontvangst. Dat stelde me meteen op m'n gemak. Ik had behoefte aan tijd voor mij alleen, maar het was toch fijn dat jullie in de buurt waren.
