Holiday property - Huisje in Warfhuizen

West of the city of Groningen, on the Reitdiep, you will find our special Nature cottage. The roof of our house is covered from the ground (back) to the large window (front) with a thick layer of clay and overgrown with grass and flowers.
As a result, the house is well insulated, sunny and spacious. A heat pump heats the floor and the water.
A car is handy because it is very rural. Bicycles can be rented and brought to the house. Within walking distance 2 nice little restaurants.
In the house: a kitchen with many amenities (also spices/olies), books, CDs / LPs, a smarttv. But also a lot of games.
And superdeluxe: no need to bring bedding, towels or kitchen linen. That's all ready for you.
We like to stay there ourselves and you can see that in the furnishings and amenities.
