Holiday property - Vakantiehuisje in Uithuizermeeden

This nature cottage is a cozy guesthouse located in the yard behind our house facing southeast.
The guesthouse has its own entrance with central entrance.
From there the kitchen, dining and living / sitting area, bedroom, toilet and bathroom are accessible.
So everything on the first floor.
The kitchen is equipped with: stove with induction cooking and convection oven, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, kettle,
coffee maker, dining table with chairs.
The living area has a sofa and chairs with side table and bookcase.
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a closet.
The toilet speaks for itself.
The bathroom has a sink with base and a rain shower.
The guest house has underfloor heating.
From the living area you can access the south-facing terrace.
On the east side there is also a terrace with a bench.
