This villa offers the ultimate in relaxation and privacy, thanks to its extensive Spa & Wellness floor. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms (including toilets), and two additional separate toilets spread over three floors, this villa is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The master bedrooms of the Farmhouse Villa Wellness feature Hespera beds.

Luxury and Comfort in Every Room

Ground Floor
On the first floor you will find a spacious, stylishly decorated living room equipped with a modern TV. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a Quooker, dishwasher and a generous fridge-freezer. Through the doors in the living room you step directly outside onto the covered veranda with terrace, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.

Furthermore, on the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet. One of the bathrooms is specially adapted for disabled persons and features:

• an adapted toilet with support brackets
• a spacious walk-in shower with seating
• wide doorways for easy accessibility

Second floor
The second floor offers three bedrooms, including one with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds, ideal for children or additional guests. The third bedroom, along with the second bedroom, shares the fourth general bathroom.

Relaxation in the Spa & Wellness floor

A chair-lift provides access to the fully equipped Spa & Wellness basement, making it easily accessible for disabled guests. Here you will find everything you need for ultimate relaxation: an indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool.

The wellness area is also wheelchair-friendly and equipped with additional facilities, including:

• a wheelchair available on the first floor
• an adapted shower and toilet area
• a mobile hoist for access to the pool area
• an additional loose shower chair

In addition, the basement has a shower room and a separate toilet so you can relax in complete privacy.
