Experience unparalleled luxury and relaxation in the Veluwe Villa Wellness XL. This spacious villa, consisting of two linked Veluwe Villa Wellness houses, can accommodate up to 24 people. Ideal for larger parties, where everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort, while still having the opportunity to spend time together. The villa features a connecting door that connects both residences, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and togetherness.

Spacious and Luxurious Layout

The Veluwe Villa Wellness XL is divided into two full-fledged homes, each with its own living area, kitchen and dining area. This means:

• Two cozy living rooms, both with a Smart TV with streaming function and lots of natural light through the characteristic bay windows.
• Two fully equipped kitchens, including high-end appliances such as a Quooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
• Two covered porches with Luxury Kamado BBQ (slow cooking) with direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden.
• Two dining areas, but no ability to seat 24 people at one table.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Ensuite Bathrooms

The villa offers a total of ten bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms for optimal privacy and convenience. The layout is as follows:

• First floor: Four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Second floor: Six bedrooms, two of which have bunk beds, all with ensuite bathrooms.
• One of the Villas (1B) has an adapted bathroom for the disabled.
• There are also two additional separate toilets

Double Spa & Wellness Area

One of the greatest assets of the Veluwe Villa Wellness XL is the exclusive wellness experience. Because the villa consists of two attached homes, you have two complete Spa & Wellness spaces at your disposal.

Amenities in both wellness areas:

• Two heated indoor pools
• Two saunas
• Two bathtubs with bubbles
• Two sun showers
• Two shower rooms and additional toilets

Wheelchair-friendly wellness area (1B)

Of the two wellness areas, one (1B) is fully wheelchair accessible and features additional modifications for guests with mobility impairments:

• Stairlift
• Wheelchair available on the first floor
• Adapted shower and toilet area
• Mobile hoist for access to the pool area
• Additional loose shower chair

Wheelchair accessible

One of the two villas (1B) is wheelchair accessible. On the first floor, one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an adapted toilet. There is a stair elevator to the wellness area, downstairs in the wellness area a wheelchair is available. The swimming pool has a mobile elevator. Of course, downstairs the shower and toilet area are also adapted.
