The first floor welcomes you with a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, equipped with a modern TV and plenty of natural light thanks to the two bay windows. The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a Quooker, dishwasher and a generous fridge-freezer. Through the French doors you step directly outside onto the covered veranda with terrace, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor , both with ensuite bathroom.

On the second floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. This ensures optimal privacy and comfort.
