Superbly located six-person chalet with a private storage room and beautiful unobstructed views over the beautifully landscaped park pond of Recreation Estate the Kingfisher. The estate is located on the edge of the Veluwe in a wooded, rural setting with plenty of cycling and walking trails. Tranquility seekers, but also definitely active people will have a great time here. The estate is about two kilometers from the cozy village of Voorthuizen. Furthermore, the towns of Barneveld, Garderen, Putten and Otterlo are in the immediate vicinity.

The living room has two large patio doors leading to a spacious terrace. The living room has a dining area with eight comfortable chairs and (if necessary) a high chair. There are also two three-person sofas, a wide-screen television, a DVD player (including a number of DVDs) and a radio-CD player. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, luxury microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and utensils.In total there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a bunk bed, bedroom two has two single box spring beds and the third bedroom has a double box spring bed. A crib can also be added in the single bedroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, vanity unit and a design radiator. There is also an ironing board with iron and clothes rack. There is central heating in the chalet.Outside you have an unobstructed view over the water from the spacious terrace. The waterfront is bordered by a fence. The garden is enclosed on the side and offers a lot of privacy. The garden has a spacious stone terrace and is surrounded by a sunny lawn. In the evening there is ample lighting, so you can also enjoy your time outside in fine weather. In the garden you will find two garden sets with seat cushions, four comfortable lounge chairs/beds and two umbrellas. There is also an outdoor barbecue/outdoor fireplace. In the lockable log cabin with power supply you can store your electric bicycles. There is also space for two cars at the chalet. For other cars, there is parking space fifty meters away.
