Beautiful sustainable Tiny House in the countryside.

This modern holiday flat (Tiny House) is located on the Veluwe in the lovely village of Hulshorst.
The Tiny House is sustainably built and cosily decorated. You can sleep in on lovely box spring beds and when you wake up, enjoy the birds singing on the private terrace. From the terrace you can watch the animals being fed, which is great fun for the little ones.

The park has a small playground which is ideal if you are with children. At the front of the park, you can enjoy a drink on the terrace. You can also get a bite to eat here.

Various walks and cycle routes start from the park. But the Veluwe is also great on a mountain bike or on horseback. If you don't want to be too active, you can rent an electric scooter. A very nice way to discover the Veluwe. In the Veluwe you can spot wild boar, deer and sometimes even foxes. Take your binoculars with you.

Would you like to spend a day on the beach at Veluwemeer Lake or do some water sports? Then you are in the right place in one of the beach pools. In the water sports harbours you can also rent a boat to float on the lake.

If the weather is less clement, you can visit Paleis het Loo. With its breathtaking gardens, it is a feast for the eyes. There are several nice museums that are very worthwhile.
Ideal location from where you can discover the Veluwe.

The property is suitable for tourist purposes only. Other stays are not accepted.

On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed(boxspring), TV), bedroom(2x single bed(boxspring)))

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation can only be booked for tourist purposes
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
COVID-19 Conditions:

- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.

- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.



So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.



- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
