Nice Tiny House on the edge of the Veluwe on a small park.


This super nice child-friendly Tiny House is located on a small park in the Veluwe. It is ideally suited for families with children. They can play for hours in and around the woods, help feed the animals or romp in the playground. This way, the parents have a holiday too. After a day of playing and exploring the surroundings, you can enjoy a nice cold or hot drink on the park's terrace. And if you don't feel like cooking, why not let us do it for you? The Veluwe at its best.
Not only does the park have a cosy terrace, but there is also plenty in the surrounding area where you can enjoy culinary delights.

From the park it is ideal to make nice walking and cycling tours.
Take a bicycle tour across the Veluwe, or take the ferry from the Veluwemeer to Biddinghuizen and continue through the polders. You will be in another world in no time.
A day on the Veluwemeer is also worthwhile.
In the summer, you can enjoy water sports here.

With children, it is fun to go to Apenheul in Apeldoorn, Walibi Flevoland or the Julianatoren amusement park. With the little ones, the gnome trail on the Veluwe is fun to do.

You can also discover the Veluwe on an electric scooter, something different again. The famous white bicycles are available everywhere in the Veluwe. If you are going to enjoy a day of culture, then the Anton Pieck Museum or Paleis het Loo are highly recommended, but also the Kroller Moller museum in Otterlo, or the Noord Veluws museum are well worth a visit.

The property is suitable for tourist purposes only. Other stays are not accepted.

On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed(boxspring), TV), bedroom(2x single bed(boxspring)))

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation can only be booked for tourist purposes
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
COVID-19 Conditions:

- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.

- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.



So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.



- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
