Cosy modern Tiny house for families on the Veluwe


On the edge of the Veluwe lies this nice holiday home, which is perfect for families with children.
The holiday home is equipped with all the luxury for a wonderful holiday. It is very cosily decorated and has its own terrace.
On the terrace you can have breakfast and enjoy the beautiful view and the singing birds. You look out on a small children's farm with chickens and goats. A great experience for the little ones.
In front of the park, there is a restaurant where you can have a bite to eat or enjoy a terrace. Ideal if you do not feel like cooking.

For families with small children, there is a gnome trail on the Veluwe, which is fun to do together.
With slightly older children, the Julianatoren amusement park or the Dolfinarium are also recommended.

But also for the fanatical hiker, cyclist, mountain biker or horse rider, there are plenty of wonderful trips. If you want to experience culture, you should visit the Kroller Moller museum in Otterlo or Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn. The palace gardens are breathtaking.
It is very nice to go to the Veluwe Lake by bike and then take the ferry across to Biddinghuizen in the polder. At the beginning of the park, you can enjoy a snack or drink in the restaurant or on the terrace in the summer.

The property is suitable for tourist purposes only. Other stays are not accepted.

On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed(boxspring), TV), bedroom(2x single bed(boxspring)))

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation can only be booked for tourist purposes
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
COVID-19 Conditions:

- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.

- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.



So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.



- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
