Villa 12 has a beautiful location on the rolling streams and is an ideal vacation home for larger parties. The villa consists of 2 floors and can accommodate 12 people. On the first floor there is a large living room with sitting area and television, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. In total there are 5 bedrooms, which are equipped with single beds and 2 bunk beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and sink and 2 separate toilets in the villa. Outside there is a shared terrace with the adjacent Family Bungalow 20. Villa 12 can therefore be expanded with Family Bungalow 20 to a house for 32 people, where the connecting door can be opened. You can further park 4 cars at Villa 12 and free Wi-Fi is available.
