This beautiful flat is located on the harbour of Maasbommel, near water sports centre Maasbommel. The flat is completely newly furnished, and has a very luxurious and relaxing feel. It has a spacious dining/living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside is a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful lounge chairs overlooking the harbour

The flat is close to the recreation area the Golden Ham. Here you can practice numerous water sports, such as canoeing, sailing and swimming. There are also many walking and cycling paths in the area, along the banks of the Meuse and through cosy villages. Also visit the Appeltern flower park, where you can get inspiration for your own garden, or simply admire the beautiful flowers and plants.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
