The beautiful monumental manor farm is located in Kerk-Avezaath, centrally located in the Netherlands in the heart of the Betuwe. Recently the farmhouse has been completely renovated and restored with an eye for detail. The house has 9 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The house is situated on the small river Linge and has a (unheated) swimming pool, a jeu de boules court and a large, park-like garden complete with its own little island by the Linge.
Inside, the house has no less than 5 fireplaces and stoves, including a large Bullerjan in the former fruit barn. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with ample refrigerator space, a large Viking stove and an extra oven. In addition, two sitting rooms, a dining/meeting room, library and study.
