Holiday property - Vakantiehuis in Heilig Landstichting

In the green, hilly surroundings, right on the city outskirts of Nijmegen, stands this 2024-built nature cottage. The snug and cozy 20m2 tiny house has a separate bedroom with a 1.40m wide queen-size bed. The small living room has a comfortable single sofa bed. Both rooms have a door to the outside. There are mosquito nets in front of the windows. The kitchen has standard conveniences, with coffee and tea, two electric stoves and a small fridge. There is a tiny bathroom with shower. The nature cottage is on a hill and overlooks our garden, the forest and the back of our house. The spacious yard is enclosed with an electric gate. There is parking for several cars. We offer absolute privacy, but for emergencies and questions, we are mostly nearby and easy to call in. We live on a beautiful avenue, which does get a bit busier during rush hour. Other than that, it is wonderfully quiet and indoors anyway. We are lhbt+ friendly!
