At Buitengoed Ruysbos we would like to invite you to discover our beautiful safari tents, also known as Glamphuys. Located in an idyllic setting, these tents offer you an unparalleled experience of understated luxury and exclusivity. Our focus is on providing you with a responsible stay, where you can make new discoveries and explore the location, accommodation and surroundings.

Our safari tents are specially designed with your comfort in mind. In addition to a HOTTUB, this accommodation is the only one to feature a wood-fired sauna and a refreshing outdoor shower. Other facilities are the same as the other two tents. Each accommodates up to 6 people and features three bedrooms, including a four-poster bed, two single beds and a spacious box bed for 2. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition, each tent has a private bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink. Heated by a cozy pellet stove, the tent offers you a cozy place in the middle of nature. On the veranda you can relax in the comfortable lounge set and enjoy yourself at the picnic table.

Buitengoed Ruysbos is an exclusive park, situated on a quiet 2.5 hectares. In addition to three luxury safari tents, we offer an 8-person nature house and three 2- to 3-person Boshuysjes. It is located directly on the water of "de Wetering", where you can enjoy canoeing (free of charge) with our own canoes and boats. In addition, the country estate has a tennis court for lovers of this sport. For any children there is a natural playground (with tree house and cableway) available. Located in the beautiful "Land of Maas and Waal", Buitengoed Ruysbos offers you an ideal base to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Experience winter adventures in the safari tent

Our sturdy and luxurious safari tents are also a unique experience in winter. Specially equipped for adventurers like you, who like to enjoy the fresh morning air, the tents offer a warm and cozy refuge. With extra heating, thick comforters, hot water bottles and even a television, you are guaranteed comfort in the colder months. Prepare your favorite winter dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. Leave the dishes to the dishwasher and enjoy an extra hot shower in your private heated bathroom, complete with a relaxing rain shower.

Our glamping tent features an electric radiant heater and a pellet stove to keep you warm during winter days. Only during extreme periods of frost are we forced to temporarily close the winter glamping, to avoid the risk of frozen pipes. In that case, we will move your period of stay free of charge or refund your full deposit.

Buitengoed Ruysbos is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside between Nijmegen and Tiel. These cities are ideal for a day out and offer various cultural activities. A short distance away you will also find the cozy center of Beneden-Leeuwen, with a wide range of stores.
