This family room for 4 persons (part b&b) is located in a historic farmhouse on the banks of the river Waal, cycling distance from Nijmegen. Here you can hear the birds singing, the trees rustling, you have beautiful views and you cycle just over the dike into the city or the Betuwe. An ideal location between city and country.
The room is located in the back house of the farm and is part of a b&b with another room (see other ad). The b&b has its own entrance, large common room and substantial square/terrace with picnic tables, benches a a fire pit. The family room (the studio) is on the second floor. The room is spacious: it has its own sitting area, a bathroom and two sleeping alcoves, one of which can be closed off with a door.
