This beautiful five-bed cottage, with its own hot tub, is located at the end of a long driveway with bike out back to hiking and biking areas. From this cottage you can explore the beautiful surroundings at your leisure by car, cycling or walking. Be surprised with all that the Achterhoek in Gelderland has to offer. In this region you will find many beautiful country houses and castles in a typical Achterhoek landscape. You can swim in the outdoor pool of Hengelo (Gld). You can enjoy shopping in the Hanseatic city of Zutphen 10 kilometers away or visit the historic smallest town in the Netherlands, Bronckhorst, which is highly recommended!

The house is half of a spacious semi-detached house. You enter in the hall with tiled floor. In the hall you will find a toilet with urinal and bidet, a laundry room and a pantry with potato cellar. The living kitchen also has a tiled floor and is fully equipped with a built-in gas hob, dishwasher, combimagentron, filter coffee maker and fridge-freezer. In the living room you will find a cozy wood-burning stove and has beautiful views of farmland. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. On the second floor you will find the other two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a single bed. There is also a spacious garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a hot tub. There is ample parking space to park your car(s).
