This new sustainable 12-person recreation home type wellness is designed with a spacious, bright living room. The corner sofa and several additional lounge areas all offer views of the green outdoors thanks to large windows and high ceilings that give a loft-like feel. From the stylishly furnished living area, a wide walk-through connects the living room to the modern kitchen. This is also where the cozy dining table setup can be found. A nice extra place to socialize is the extended bar at the countertop. This provides additional seating and is also a good place to have contact while cooking. The recreation house will be equipped with all modern conveniences. The kitchen is delivered including double combination microwave, induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. Through the hall you will reach the storage room that offers space for a washer-dryer combination. Additional closets and a wardrobe in a separate storage room have also been considered. There is conscious and sustainable construction: the house will be equipped with 32 PV panels, as many as necessary to meet the BENG2 standard at 0. Thus, smart use is made of the sun to make the house even more energy efficient! An air heat pump and air conditioning are standard features of the home. The spacious lot, including four private parking spaces, and the vastness contribute to the feeling of freedom. If you are going to rent out (partially) you are required to purchase the inventory package.

Light, modern and stylishly decorated

The group accommodation has a total of six bedrooms, three of which have private bathrooms. The fourth, shared bathroom can be reached through the hallway. The fifth and also shared bathroom is extra spacious and has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with double

built-in sinks, double whirlpool and luxury sauna. Thanks to the two windows, plenty of daylight also enters here if desired. Four bedrooms have king-size beds. Two bedrooms have two single beds. Of course, each bedroom is equipped with its own closet space so that the suitcase can be unpacked and the feeling of being at home can be created! To also enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, the recreation house is placed on a large plot of private land where two terraces are situated so that as much sunshine as possible can be enjoyed. The long garden table is the perfect place for warm summer evenings and cozy after-dinner drinks. This is a great place to spend time - whatever company you are with.
