This stately manor farm is located on a natural esch about 500 meters from the historic village of Geesteren near Borculo and Lochem. It has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The farmhouse dates from 1473 and was completely restored under monumental care in 2008/2010, preserving many old ornaments and beams. All rooms have beautiful views and the tasteful furnishings offer great comfort. The living room, with antique fireplace, has a living space of 60 m², in addition the upstairs room is furnished as a dining room. The original bedsteads in the upstairs room have been converted into closet space. A small staircase takes you to the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped. Microwave, steam oven, dishwasher, stove and built-in refrigerator. The freezer, washing machine and dryer are in the pantry.

The large, south-facing garden has a terrace, orchard, shed/carport and an authentic well (with protective grid so children cannot fall in).
Despite its generous size (ca.4,000 m²), the garden offers a lot of privacy.
