This beautiful and rural 18 persons group accommodation is located near the German border near Aalten.This characteristic Achterhoek farm is completely restored whereby many authentic elements have been preserved.In the immediate vicinity of group accommodation are cozy, characteristic villages such as book town Bredevoort and the border town Dinxperlo. Also the shopping places Winterswijk and just across the border Bocholt are nearby. Whether you are a lover of rest, hiking, cycling, culture, fishing or mountaibiking, this area offers you plenty of opportunity. This accommodation is a great base for various attractions and activities in the area. You will not be bored!

Spacious living room with several seating areas with an HD smart TV with usb connections. There is also a cozy fireplace with fireplace. The open kitchen has a generous dining area and includes a combi microwave, oven, filter coffee maker (number4 filters), kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large fridge and a separate fridge with a freezer compartment. On the first floor are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds and a sink with hot and cold water. Upstairs are six cozy bedrooms with beamwork and checkered curtains, one bedroom with four single beds and five bedrooms with two single beds, all lockable by sliding doors. These bedrooms also all have a sink with hot and cold water.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with large shower area with shower chair, toilet with brackets, sink and a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with two sinks, shower corner, whirlpool bath and toilet and the other with a shower corner and sink. A third toilet.
A lovely spacious garden with a terrace and a canopy equipped with garden furniture. there is also a nice playground where children can play to their hearts content.
